ToCoM now needs to be configured to work with your network configuration. Although the following information is covered in more depth in the ToCoM System Administration Guide, the following steps will quickly take you through the basic settings to get you up and running.
Start the ToCoM system, from the desktop shortcut. (If you haven't got a desktop shortcut, browse to the folder on your server where you installed ToCoM, and start the ToCoM.exe
program). If you're logged on to your workstation or server as the Administrator
account (which is the default initial account supplied with your ToCoM system), the ToCoM start-up window will be displayed.
If you receive an error then your security profile for the system was not found, you'll need to start the ToCoM.exe
program with a /logon
switch (see Alternate Logon for instructions on setting this up), and log onto the system with the following details:
Username: Administrator
Password: <blank>
(i.e. do not enter a password)
The System Manager Options dialogue will be displayed:
